You will guide them to choose the right custom color for their hair system.
We will share some tips on how to ensure that the correct custom hair color is selected for the customer's hair system.
1. Send hair samples
One of the best ways to ensure that the correct hair color is obtained for the customer's hair system is to provide their natural hair samples. Using hair samples makes it easier for us to create colors that blend seamlessly with our customers' natural hair.
For best results, we recommend that you provide customer hair samples from at least three different areas. Providing different samples means that we can find the color that best suits their existing hair color. The ideal sample length should be 3 inches, with about 200 hairs in the sample.
When you send us samples, avoid covering with adhesive or any form of tape.
2. Find a match with a color ring
Not every client can provide you with hair samples. Color rings are the next best choice, allowing you to discuss color choices with customers, whether face-to-face or online. You will have dozens of colors and different hues to choose from, so that you can work with customers to determine the color of their hair system.
Before testing how it blends with the client's natural hair, narrow your selection to 3-5 tones on the color ring suitable for the client. It's worth remembering that each color ring is different. Make sure you use the color ring we provide. Using an incorrect color ring may result in sending the wrong sample number.
